2. Description of Service
Marhaba AI is an AI application that provides MBTI-based personality conversations and behavioral advice. The app requires a monthly subscription of $1 to access AI features.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Monthly Subscription: $1 per month
- Monthly: maximum 200,000 tokens per account
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play settings
- All payments are processed through Google Play and subject to their terms
4. Use of Service
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not use the app to send offensive or illegal content
- Not attempt to hack or damage the service
- Not share your account with others
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including design, code, and content, are owned by Marhaba AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
- The app provides general advice based on MBTI and should not be considered professional medical or psychological consultation
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided
- Your use of the app is at your own risk
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app, including data loss or profits.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings. After cancellation, you will lose access to AI features at the end of your current subscription period.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Oman.
